Paul will soon be seventy-five. He is an old boy, a peasant, a fisherman and a verger. He lives on a farm from another age with his two younger sisters, who are also single. This year, they hang up, 'it will create a void in the landscape…' This landscape is that of Cap de la Hague. The air is crisp, the winds unpredictable, the granite rough, the horizon immense. Obviously Paul was born here. He will die there. He is preparing for it. Not without having done the essential: passing on your heritage.
