It steps out into city spaces and discovers how we may foster a profound connection with nature in unlikely urban places through rooftop beekeeping and urban foraging. It features one man’s epic cycle-adventure around the UK to meet with tucked away craftspeople who are still practicing their skilled work; it looks at the value of upcycling and crafting bespoke wares; it explores the stories around pigments and their traditional processes of production, from ochre mining with a seventh generation miner to the inky pigments of cephalopods to the artisanal production of woad; and it discusses creativity as physical experience through the sport of bouldering.
