Stereo suggests it is a report on the “Canadian Academy of Erotic Inquiry’s” experiments to induce telepathy in 8 experimental subjects. It follows the effects of the experiment using the theoretical framework of the parapsychologist Luther Stringfellow. The film is virtually silent except for commentary by the experimenters. <br /><br />CRIMES OF THE FUTURE:<br />Millions of Women have died from a disease called Rouge Mylady - caused by the use of cosmetics and discovered by a mad dermatologist Antoine Rouge, who subsequently dissipated. IN his clinic, patients' bodies are starting to grow strange, unnecessary organs.
